How long does delivery take inside Mingora?
Most orders reach you within 2 to 3 hours during shop hours. If you need it at a particular time, choose the date and time slot at checkout and we will plan around it.
Can I order from outside Pakistan?
Yes. Pay by card from anywhere in the world and we deliver to your family anywhere in Pakistan. Add a blessing message and we print it on a card and place it in the box, and we send you a photo of the delivery on WhatsApp.
How far in advance should I book a wedding order?
For bulk mithai and trays, three to four days is comfortable. For a tiered wedding cake please give us at least three days. In wedding season book earlier if you can.
Is everything made with pure desi ghee?
Our mithai is made with pure desi ghee and khoya we reduce ourselves every morning. We do not use vanaspati in the sweets.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, payment at the shop when you collect, and card payment for overseas customers.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Call us as soon as you can on +92 344 9650500. If we have not started preparing it we will change or cancel it without any charge.
Do you cater for large events?
Yes β walimas, mangni, aqiqah, corporate and school events. Tell us the guest count and the date and we will suggest quantities and give you a price.
